Dear Kaye and Catherine:, I just wanted to let you both know how much John and I LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN!!! We are so thrilled with how everything has come together and are simply loving the utter beauty and superb functionality of the space. No one--especially John and I--can believe our lovely new kitchen can be the same space from which we began renovations one year ago. The transformation from a dark and dated kitchen to a customized, state of the art and fabulously light and bright kitchen is truly remarkable! I am deeply grateful to you both for all of the excellent work you did from the early idea/planning stage through the completion of the construction. Though you had all come highly recommended from several friends who had used and also loved your services, I was worried about how disruptive the process could be to our family's life here with all the decisions to be made and potential disruptions due to the construction. Honestly--the only difficult thing about the whole process of renovation was having to say goodbye to you all. Each of you were so helpful, kind, supportive, and fun through the process and I just can't thank you enough for all you did to make our kitchen and life during the renovation process so wonderful. Throughout the 5 months of construction, it was exciting to see our old outdated kitchen transform into a state of the art kitchen that is not only roomy but functional as well. The end product has turned the kitchen into the center of activity in our home. Family and guests tend to congregate around the island and never want to leave the room. Your services made the experience pleasurable and smooth. Your professionalism and skills took a lot of the anxiety out of the entire project. Your honesty was very refreshing and we came to truly value your opinion. You helped us out a number of times when decisions needed to be made quickly and we really weren't sure which way to go...especially the unexpected soffit issue. We had some idea of what we wanted but never could we have imagined the awesome kitchen that we now have. The design that you worked up for us is not only outstanding but extremely functional. We were limited as to what we could change because this was a remodel but you worked wonderfully with what we had. We were able to use space that was seemingly wasted and the work that you put into using every inch of the space was a great value as well. You have an eye for detail and made sure that every little detail was worked out. We could not be more pleased with the end result. We have also been very pleased with the quality of the cabinets which you recommended, as well as with the final decision making on other items. You were always available for questions and meetings and we really appreciated the way you worked closely with us during the entire design/construction phase. We have done a lot of entertaining since its completion and people are absolutely amazed at the transformation. The kitchen used to be a dark bottleneck and now is bright and roomy and works so much better with the large groups of people that we have entertained. We even hosted a fundraiser last year with 75 people. This would not have been possible with the old kitchen design. We plan to stay in this house for a while, but realize as well that when it is time to sell, the kitchen remodel will be the biggest asset that we have to offer. This was money well spent. I can open my dishwasher and oven and still walk around it! My old kitchen was not like that. Most people you talk to after a renovation usually have things they would do differently if they were to do it again, but not me thanks to the skills of dea design . They listened to my needs, my family lifestyle and things I never would have thought of to put together my dream kitchen. I love my kitchen. From the first meeting until the final punch list was signed, you and Delta Renovations made us feel completely comfortable with the entire process. We initiated our conversations with you because you were recommended for "thinking outside of the box". That is an understatement! Having four children, it was important for us to have a kitchen that was user friendly and warm at the same time. You were able to accomplish those objectives while keeping within our budget and time constraints. Our kitchen and bar/computer area in the family room are constantly in use and after 2 years of completing the project, I wouldn't do anything differently.
